We enjoyed our stay in this house. Plenty of space, clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed. It's urban, so don't be surprised by regular pedestrian traffic of all sorts. Quick access to points north of downtown. Host was very helpful and responsive, check-in went smoothly. Appreciate that they don't ask you to do all the cleaning yourself. (Of course, be a thoughtful and responsible guest, but you don't have to strip the beds--that kind of extra work.) Nice that there's a small park across the street.

Located very close to Old Town, we had everything we needed at this cute and comfortable Airbnb. There were plenty of towels, a stocked kitchen, and a super relaxing living room. Everything was very clean. The pool, hot tub, and fireplace made the backyard a great gathering spot. Communication with the owners was friendly, prompt, and helpful.

This property was in a fantastic, walkable location with plenty of great food options nearby and quick access to Old Sacramento. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our extended stay. My son and I truly loved our time here.
Our host was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive any time I reached out, which made the stay even more seamless. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the overall space felt welcoming and well cared for.
We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended!

The house was clean and had everything you can possibly need.
Also the host and his team were very responsive and provided very detailed instructions on how to get in, thermostat, pool, garbage etc.
P.S. if you are booking this place, just keep in mind that it says heated pool but we got a message that it’s additional $50 a day and you have to request it in advance.
We haven’t used it at all, so it didn’t matter for us. But it is something to keep in mind.
Again, loved the place, would definitely recommend

The place was so nice!
It is near a main street and has the sound of moderate traffic, but I liked it.
It felt very private and was very comfortable and cosey. Perfect for a solo or couple traveler.
There was plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig and other cooking items. It was really nice to have access to Netflix and Disney.
The hosts all sent me nice messages and were very responsive to the few questions I had.
I will gladly book here again when the tournament I came for is scheduled for next year.

The house had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive to messages. We did not need any other assistance during our time which is ideal but I am certain if we needed anything we would have had our needs met quickly. The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay and Old Town Scottsdale offered lots of great dining and shops. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we would stay here again in the future!

Our stay was great! The hosts were so accommodating, responsive, and helpful! Having a parking spot was great for a downtown location. Location was wonderful and if you have children a park is a cross the street!

We had a great experience at this location. The house was everything as advertised. Great outdoor area with plenty of activities to do. The house was spotless and kept in very good condition. We received helpful and timely replies from the owner.

We traveled to Scottsdale for the Every Woman's Marathon and the location was perfect to navigate the event. We walked to and from the start and getting to Old Town Scottsdale for dinner was easy.

Loved our stay! Lots of choices for shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We even checked out the neighborhood park. We enjoyed our down time having TV's in the bedrooms and in living room. Most importantly the location was near our family who lives locally.
